RULES
- ADMISSION AND MEMBERSHIP: The club is a private space and only accessible to its members. Entry is strictly forbidden to anyone under 21 years of age. Every new member must meet the admission requirements and pay the fee established by the board. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT: All members and their guests are expected to maintain respectful and considerate behavior. Offensive language, fights, and any conduct that disrupts the tranquility of the venue will not be tolerated.
- EXCLUSIVE USE FOR CANNABIS CONSUMPTION: This club is designed exclusively for the private consumption of cannabis. The use of any other illegal drug or substance within the facilities is prohibited.
- CARE OF FACILITIES: Members must treat the facilities with care. Any damage caused to the club’s furniture, decor, or equipment will be the responsibility of the member who caused it, who will be liable for the cost of repair.
- HOURS AND CAPACITY: The club has established opening and closing hours that must be respected. The maximum capacity is limited to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone present.
- HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS: Members are expected to keep the space clean. They must use ashtrays and trash cans appropriately and avoid littering the premises.
- HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS: The club will comply with all current legal regulations for cannabis users’ associations.
- SUSPENSION OR EXPULSION: Suspension or Expulsion: The club’s board of directors reserves the right to suspend or revoke the membership of any member who repeatedly fails to comply with these rules, without the right to a refund of the fee.
